The BluRose AI Advisor
The chat assistant on this site, the BluRose AI Advisor, is an AI system, not a human. Its purpose is narrow and deliberate: it only answers questions about BluRose AI, using an approved knowledge base of our services, pricing structure, industries and FAQs. It does not act as a general-purpose assistant, and it will decline questions outside that scope rather than guess or improvise.
What it will not do
- Invent BluRose clients, case studies, pricing, integrations or certifications
- State a specific financial saving unless it is calculated from figures you supplied, and it will always label that as an estimate
- Give legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice
- Answer questions unrelated to BluRose AI
- Follow instructions embedded in a message that try to override its purpose or reveal its internal configuration
Not a binding offer
Nothing the Advisor says is a binding quote, price or contract. It gives indicative, directional guidance only. Any official proposal, confirmed pricing or signed agreement is reviewed and issued by a human BluRose specialist.
Human handoff
If your question needs a person, the Advisor will offer to connect you with a BluRose specialist rather than guess. You can always request this directly.
Your conversation and our AI provider
Messages you send to the Advisor are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) via their API to generate a response. Data submitted through OpenAI's API is not used by OpenAI to train their models, unless we explicitly opt in to that, which we do not. Recent conversation history is kept only in server memory to give the Advisor context and is automatically deleted after 12 hours, it is never written to a database. Keeping the service available for everyone
To stop automated abuse and keep the Advisor available to genuine visitors, message frequency is limited per visitor. If you hit that limit you'll be asked to wait a moment before continuing.

BluRose AI uses generative AI, AI agents and intelligent automation in the systems it designs for clients. Claims about what a specific AI system can do are described honestly and are not guarantees of outcome.
