This policy explains what information BluRose AI collects through this website, why, and how it is used. It applies to visitors of this site and to enquiries submitted through the contact form, the AI Opportunity Calculator, and the BluRose AI Advisor chat.
What we collect
We only collect what you deliberately give us. When you submit a form, that may include:
- Name, business name, email address and phone number
- Industry, company size, and the message or context you enter
- For the AI Opportunity Calculator, the figures you enter and the resulting estimate, in plain text alongside your enquiry
We do not log which page you submitted from or which site referred you. If you use the BluRose AI Advisor, your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. See the AI Usage Policy for how that works.
How we use it
Submitted details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare the AI Opportunity Report you requested, and, where you have given consent, to contact you about BluRose AI's services. We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored, and for how long
- Form submissions are forwarded to a spreadsheet used internally by BluRose AI to manage enquiries. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to you. Retained until you ask us to delete it, or for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry.
- AI Advisor conversations are held only in server memory to give the Advisor context during your visit, are never written to a database, disk, or your browser's local storage, and are automatically deleted after 12 hours of inactivity or sooner. Refreshing the page always starts a new conversation.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through the form on this site. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
